It has been declared that this conference shall be the most spectacular yet, full of exciting people and wonderful activities!

Preregister by Friday, May 11 – please download and send in your registration and, once a year, medical forms. Email them to youthsec@bym-rsf.org or fax them to 301-774-7087. If you forget (please don’t) to preregister, you will be put on a wait-list and registered as space permits.

Attending conference costs $60. If you preregister, you get a $10 discount!
Pay before conference – send a check (made out to BYM) with your forms, or pay online.
Or at conference – bring a check (made out to BYM) or cash with you to conference.

Some things that you might want to have with you:
A mess kit
A water bottle
Your tired, your poor, your huddled masses yearning to breathe free
A sleeping bag
A sleeping pillow
A sleeping foam/air squishy under-body cushion
A pre-sleeping toothbrush
Some pre-sleeping toothpaste
Some stuff to make you smell nice
Some other toilet-things
A mess kit
Medicine, if you need it
Some clothes
Perhaps some more clothes
Maybe a bag or something to put all your things in
Some super-cool things
More things
(In place of any of these you may substitute Nothing and a Sense of Anti-Materialism)

The first reading of the nominations for next year’s executive committee was at Saturday business meeting at the April conference.
